Web Training

Web training can be considered two things: any training that occurs on the web and/or training in which the subject is web related. The first of these scenarios involves any subject that uses the internet to facilitate the course. This is opposed to classroom or print-based distance education (in which student and teacher converse through mail). With web training (or online learning), everything related to the course takes place entirely online. Course materials are made available through a web portal; teachers and students converse via email; even tests are completed online. In the second scenario, the topic is web-related and may or may not be facilitated online. Take for example a Java web development course. The topic is clearly web-related, however it may be taught in the classroom or online.
